Shipping:
Deliveries
are made via registered mail or courier. Freight costs are charged to
the customer.
Damaged goods and
returns:
If an order arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with
your order, please contact African Maraba within 7 days of receipt of
the goods. In the case of damaged goods, a replacement item will be
sent to you. African Maraba may require that the broken item be
returned for inspection. If a replacement item is not available, a
refund will be provided.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase
then return the goods within seven days and African Maraba will then
either exchange or send you a credit note to the value of the goods.
All shipping costs will be at the purchaser’s expense. A credit or
exchange will not be provided unless the goods are returned in an
original and saleable condition.
